At the Opening of U.S. Army GSPEL Complex
ARC Director Anna Stefanopoulou attended the grand opening of the U.S. Army's Ground Vehicle Power and Energy Laboratory (GSPEL) complex on April 11, 2012. Located at the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan, GSPEL's eight state-of-the-art laboratories will provide unprecedented ground vehicle testing and evaluation capabilities for the Army and its partners.
